Kagari’s infamous book consists primarily of infrared “upskirt” images he took on the Tokyo subway during the early 1980s of and men groping women. “The illustrations vividly depict the reality of human sexuality and desires from a cool-headed point of view, with outstanding depiction of shadows and unique compositions.” (Parr & Badger Vol.3)
