The first 50 copies of this limited edition of 300 were bound in boards. *** Jerome Rothenberg (born December 11, 1931) is an American poet, translator and anthologist, noted for his work in the fields of ethnopoetics and performance poetry. He’s known for his highly original and acclaimed anthologies, as well as for his own work. “No one writing poetry today has dug deeper into the roots of poetry,” wrote Kenneth Rexroth (the “Godfather” of the Beats). Rothenberg has published about seventy volumes of poetry, often in collaboration with other artists. He’s a true international poet with a career spanning more than half a century.
