Although the copyright page speaks of a reprint and has 1998 as the original copyright date – the earlier edition seems to refer to a different book called A Visit to India, also published by the Writers Workshop. This appears to be the only edition of this scarce memoir/poetry/recipe book by India-born British author Paul Roche (1916-2007). Published in India only. A beautiful binding: gold-embossed, hand-stitched, hand-pasted and hand-bound by Yulamiah Mohiuddon with handsome sari cloth woven and designed in India.
