The images Day took in the 90s (including the famous photos of her friend Kate Moss) changed fashion photography forever. It introduced the so called “heroin-chic” and gave a much rawer and intimate idea of beauty. May the Circle Remain Unbroken (published posthumously) was the first monograph of her work.
