A near fine copy. *** Eva Tucker (1929-2015) was a highly regarded figure on the literary scene of the 1960s. After two experimental novels, Contact (1966) and Drowning (1969), she stopped publishing until a successful comeback almost forty years later. Her first two novels (never reprinted) are scarce.
