The world that Phillips records in her highly evocative, fly-on-the wall photographs feels very appealing and she gives a real sense of the environment they’re in. *** “Goddess Alien Lover” consists of outcasts from Phillips’s book Another Girl Another Planet. It was produced in support of Printed Matter, Inc, a New York based non-profit specialist in artists’ books, and limited to 500 copies.
