Book is in near fine condition with just the slightest foxing to top-edge and corners a little scuffed. With photographs by Ed van der Elsken. Illustrated throughout. ***  Text (in English) by Hugo Claus (1929 -2008), who is one of Belgium’s best-known writers. His writing is insightful and poetic.
