Staple-bound pictorial wrappers. Name to reverse of front cover and the mysterious note: ‘Bill Butler made up a lot of Jack in this book!’ (Bill Butler was the owner of the Unicorn Bookshop.) Annotations and corrections to first three pages. Otherwise a near fine copy of this bootleg edition of Kerouac’s prose poem, which first appeared in Big Table Magazine, Number One, Spring 1959.
