First edition. Hardback in dust jacket. 362pp. About fine. John Culshaw’s autobiography about his time as record producer for Decca Records. (He left in 1967 when he was appointed head of music programmes for BBC Television and remained there until 1975.) The autobiography was almost finished when Culshaw died on 27 April 1980. The manuscript was published as he left it and edited by Erik Smith who wrote a short epilogue.
