The first draft of this book was started thirty years earlier and thought to be lost; the photos are now published for the first time. *** Club 57 was a popular hangout for artists and musicians during the late 1970s and early 1980s with people such as Madonna, Keith haring, Cyndi Lauper, The Cramps and the B-52s.
