A couple of pages repaired at tail with tape (see photograph). Otherwise a very good copy. *** A unique first printing hardback; no other hardback copies have been accounted for. Not ex-library. Possibly hand-bound. Brilliant full-page art work by Guy Peellaert with commentary by Nik Cohn. Guy Peellaert (1934-2008) would later design album covers for David Bowie (Diamond Dogs) and the Rolling Stones (It’s Only Rock ‘n Roll).
