Scarce in hardback and with the original slipcase. *** Originally published in 1968 in a limited deluxe edition, this re-issue came out two and a half years later. The original edition was larger in size and bound in cream cloth and with a printed slipcase. The undated reissue (1970-71) is bound in blue cloth with a dust jacket and a plain slipcase.
