Fifth impression. Maroon cloth boards with gilt lettering to spine. Slight foxing to tail-edge of text block. Faint stain to lower board. Brown spot to front and rear endpapers. Interior otherwise clean, bright and unmarked. In price-clipped dust jacket, torn and creased to lower panel with some offsetting from cloth. Repaired with tape to reverse. Further chips and tears to edges, with some staining and rubbing to both panels. Spine sunned. (Please see photograph for further details on dust jacket condition.) *** Two plays by Jean Cocteau. The Eagle Has Two Heads in an English adaption by Ronald Duncan (in verse). The Human Voice translated by Carl Wildman, printed with the original French text alongside.
