It covers the years until 1996 and has a section of corrections and additions to the first book. The only problem is that this second volume was never released, so only photocopies circulate, but even these are difficult to find.” It does look like our copy was printed for limited circulation, but there might have been plans to publish it in a more official manner, like the first volume.
