Some minor foxing to leaves. Otherwise a clean and unmarked copy. In fair [only] unclipped dust jacket with the original price of 10s.6d. net to front flap. Torn to edges and upper fold with some loss to spine ends mainly. Red stain (rubbed off from cloth) to reverse of spine area. *** A decent first printing of this classic Chandler story collection in a worn but bright first issue dust jacket.
