Lemmy’s signature is written on a plain, thin sheet of paper loosely inserted within the book. (There’s also a flyer inserted for the Marquee Club with listings for April 1985. Handwritten on the flyer is the name “Phil Campbell”, who had joined Motorhead the previous year as their guitarist.
